Due to the exclusive and limited nature of GAROZÉ designs, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Each product is inspected for quality prior to shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@garoze.com with photographs of the damaged packaging and item. Approved claims will be handled at the sole discretion of GAROZÉ.
